Bede McCarthy is a New Zealand-born journalist and photographer. He moved to the UK in 2004 and is based in London, where he works for the Financial Times. Bede shoots landscape, product and portrait photography, and is available for studio or location portrait work outside of office hours. He suffers from Gear Acquisition Syndrome and an addiction to internet-camera-porn. He also writes about himself in the third person.
